We’re going to be honest, sometimes working out is a real pain – pun intended. But most of the time, we thank ourselves later because stretching it out with some yoga is the only way to recharge. Whether you practice yoga to stretch sore muscles, calm your mind and body, or engage in mindfulness, CBD and THC can elevate your yoga experience!
THC & CBD Products to Use Before Yoga Class
Hands down, our Releaf Tinctures are the best pre-yoga addition to your gym bag. The reason being: THC and CBD help reduce stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort, which is important when trying to test your limits and experiment with new poses or work on balance. Having a relaxed mind and body helps you feel more present and get deeper into your practice, so you’re more engaged while manipulating your body into pretzel-like shapes.
To start, take a dose of 0.25ml Papa & Barkley Releaf tinctures under the tongue. For those of you not in California, use our CBD Drops. Pro-tip: hold the tincture under your tongue for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute before swallowing for fastest results.

The Best Yoga Poses for Sore Muscles
After a long hike, a tough rock-climbing session, or an at-home strength routine, a good, relaxing yoga practice is a great way to wind down. For me, tight hips and sore legs are the biggest issues while I’m recovering from any workout, and some of my favorite yoga poses are the ones that hurt so good. These three poses are my go-tos to help stretch out my muscles and get a little more flexible! -Laine
Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana)

Great for opening and loosening up your hips, Pigeon Pose is a must for your everyday routine.
Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)

If your goal is to touch your toes and lengthen your spine, I’d start here!
